International ServicesGlobal Brokerage & Program Management - Monitor the insurance program to ensure adequacy of coverage for existing exposures.
- Communicate telephonically and electronically with overseas brokers to facilitate exchange of information and client data.
- Manage global, controlled master programs, and locally admitted insurance as well as non-admitted insurance programs.
- Provide insurance premium allocation services. Prepare invoices and collect premium from overseas subsidiaries when necessary.
- Prepare an annual insurance policy summary including all coverages placed by locally and overseas.
- Provide exposure analysis for new operations or for existing operations with changes in exposures or operations.
- Provide marketing expertise and services to achieve the best possible coverage terms and conditions on global and controlled master programs.
- Manage existing overseas broker relations and develop new relationships with global broker service partners.
- Issue instructions to overseas brokers, explaining the insurance program, and provide local contacts, practices and procedures appropriate for the requirements.
